What we do

1. Business Seminars:
“Open Europa” organizes business seminars and workshops to impart entrepreneurial skills and leadership qualities. We have a group of business leaders and entrepreneurs, wo are invited as a guest lecturers to explain their success (and also fail) stories and answer questions, so the young people would have the idea how to make business and what will they need to deal with on the way to success.

2. Health and Well-being Programs:
“Open Europa” focuses on the overall health and well-being of young individuals by organizing seminars about SEX education (in cooperation with NGO "Papardes zieds") damage of drugs and alcohol. Many young people don't know the damage that alcohol and drugs can do, therefore education in this is very important.

3. Educational Workshops:
Open Europe provides youngsters with educational workshops (like budget management, relationships, time management and project witing) to support academic excellence, provide career guidance, and promote lifelong learning. These workshops cover topics such as study skills, CV writing, project writing and career planning.

5. Job Fairs and Internship Opportunities:
“Open Europa" collaborates with business owners in Latvia, where every member of organization has a chance to "shadow" managers and business owners in the field they are interested to work in. We also teach young people to write CV correctly, so they have a better chance in getting an interview in desired work company.
